Help send cadets to the start line.

The Air Force Academy Cycling Club races road, criterium, mountain bike, and cyclocross across Colorado and at Collegiate Nationals. As a cadet club, we rely on private support for travel, race entries, and equipment. This GivingTuesday counts donors, not just dollars, so a $5 gift matters as much as a $500 one.

This season

Racing across Colorado

Summer started with local criteriums, including the Lucky Pie Crit and the Table Mountain Crit Series, where riders earned upgrade points for the 2027 collegiate road season. Between races the team trained up Pikes Peak and Mount Blue Sky, along the Lariat Scenic Byway, and through the Copper Triangle.

The fall mountain bike season opened at the Thunder Valley Short Track with a 1-2 finish in one of the men's races. The team raced Powderhorn, CU Boulder, Black Hawk, and Fort Lewis College before Collegiate Mountain Bike Nationals at Powderhorn, where the relay team finished 8th and C4C Cole Alexander took 10th in a very muddy short-track race.

Thanks to past donors, 13 cadets rode the Air Force Heritage Memorial to Memorial Ride, where C2C Madeline McNeill received the Rider of the Year Award from Chief of Staff of the Air Force Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach.

Next up: Denver-area cyclocross this winter, a February stage race, and a return to Grand Junction for Collegiate Road Nationals.
